Your tasks
- Proactively advising and guiding our clients in challenging digital projects according to our corporate culture of "customer-centricity"
- Building long-term, strategic customer relationships
- The Interface between clients and implementing teams
- Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories in close cooperation with clients
- Coordination of requirements, goals and priorities as well as control of operational processes within the project
- Time and resource planning, including quality management in coordination with the strategy, UX/UI, development and performance teams
- Regular reporting of relevant KPIs internally and externally
- Implementation of customer appointments (meetings, workshops, retros)
Your profile
- Completed studies with a digital focus or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a digital agency or a company from the marketing or media sector
- Empathy and strong communication skills towards customers and their target groups
- Independence, proactivity and team player qualities
- Experience in the implementation of demanding digital projects
- Basic knowledge of CMS (TYPO3, WordPress, Shopware)
- Excellent expressiveness in the German language, good English skills
- Experience with agile methods is an advantage
