In times of COVID-19, the Bachmann Group - an owner-managed group of companies in the electronics sector - was looking for a practical approach to acquire new customers and inform existing customers, as the sales department was no longer able to visit customers and various trade fair events were cancelled. The basic idea of holding a digital trade fair was already born at Bachmann.

The requirement for the trade fair was that both visitors and Bachmann GmbH as the organiser receive a high level of added value. With "virtual booth" it was thus possible to implement a sales-oriented event that provides visitors with personalised content that meets their needs. The implementation period was only 4 weeks from the first contact to the launch of the trade fair.

Corporate Design

The event environment was implemented in the company's own branding, including 3D visualisation of the virtual trade fair stand. The content of the entire site and the 5 trade fair themes were made available to visitors in both German and English.   

Online talk show as videocast

The highlight of the "Digital Bachmann Show" was interacting viewers who could submit their questions directly to the programme's editorial team via a web form during the live broadcast. These were then answered live by the talk show guests.

Visitor tracking

The „virtual booth“ trade fair platform enables comprehensive, personalised tracking of all actions during the trade fair. The connected marketing automation system triggers behaviour-based processes that automatically provide visitors with relevant content in line with their visitor behaviour.

Virtual booth

The "Digital Bachmann Show" was implemented with our intelligent selling hub "virtual booth". This is a platform for holding digital events, such as trade fairs, customer events or internal events - and it's made & hosted in Germany!

Intelligent selling

Unlike other virtual event offerings, "virtual booth" is all about "selling" - the goal of generating qualified leads and, as a result, customer conversations that in turn deliver orders, was fully met.

Marketing automation

Within the framework of "virtual booth", Bachmann GmbH received a fully functional marketing automation system incl. all functions and processes required for the implementation of the digital trade fair.
As a partner of SC-Networks GmbH SC from Starnberg, we can pass on the resulting added value of this cooperation to our customers and with "Evalanche" offer an intelligent marketing automation platform "Made in Germany" for the digitalisation and automation of marketing and sales processes. In contrast to many of our competitors, Evalanche meets all data protection requirements (DSGVO, ECJ Privacy Shield, etc.).
